Our Facilities

Zaks Fitness Center spans two specialized floors to cater to a variety of fitness needs. The first floor is designed for cardio workouts, yoga, Zumba, and other group classes, equipped with high-quality cardio machines and versatile fitness equipment. The second floor is dedicated to strength and muscle-building, offering advanced weightlifting machines and free weights for all skill levels.

Our Team

Our team includes certified trainers and coaches who bring passion and expertise to every workout session. Ali Shahzad, Ahsan Shahzad, and our skilled lady coach work closely with members to create tailored workout plans, provide one-on-one guidance, and motivate you to surpass your limits. Managed by a dedicated team including Khuram Sab, Zaks Fitness Center thrives on professionalism, community, and an unwavering commitment to your progress.

To accommodate your lifestyle, we offer flexible timing options:

  • 06:00 am – 09:30 am for Gents Only
  • 10:00 am – 04:30 pm for Ladies Only
  • 05:00 pm – 12:00 am for Both
